We are excited to announce our upcoming activities calendar where, in the next two months, we have two sets of auditions and the first comedy night of the year.    CALENDAR JAN/FEB 2014 Saturday January 25th from 2pm -6pm: AUDITIONS for 'The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time'. (March production) Monday January 27th from 7pm - 9pm: AUDITIONS for 'The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time'. (March production) Wednesday February 5th from 7pm -9pm: AUDITIONS for SHREK The Musical. (MAY/JUNE production) Friday February 7th 2pm - 4pm AUDITIONS: for SHREK The Musical. (MAY/JUNE production) Thursday February 13th @ 8pm: The IMPROVengers presents LOVE to LAUGH -A Valentine's weekend Comedy Night. LEARN MORE AUDITIONS - The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (Jan. 25/27) The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is based on Mark Haddon’s hit novel, and adapted for the stage by playwright Simon Stephens. The play is a thrilling dramatization of a young detective who runs away to London after his neighbour’s dog is stabbed to death with a garden fork and at the same time a moving portrait of a mentally disabled teenager from Swindon. We are looking for a cast of 10 (5m/5f) to appear in this brilliant piece of theatre which will come to the Live Theater mid March 2014 Auditions are on Jan 25th and 27th (First audition THIS SATURDAY!) at the times listed above. All auditions will take place at the SIK Studio in Fintas. (map) CHECK OUR WEBSITE ON FRIDAY 24TH FOR AUDITION PIECES  & MORE INFORMATION LOVE to LAUGH - The IMPROVengers are back  (Feb. 13) This Valentines weekend, determined to bring you alternative options for date-night, The IMPROVengers have a love-filled evening of improvised comedy ready. Treat the one you love to a night of laughter guaranteed to get you in the mood! Tickets for this one night only event are 7.5KD or 10KD and can be booked online at ourwebsite. Don't miss out. FEBRUARY 13th at 8pm. LIVE THEATER, DISCOVERY MALL                BOOK NOW! AUDITIONS - SHREK The Musical  (Feb. 5/7) It's almost time to get started on our end of season musical and this year SIK are going green with a huge production of SHREK The Musical. The production will hit the stage end of May/early June 2014 but we need to find a cast of 25 actors and singers up to this ogre-ish challenge. Full details will be listed on our website soon but audition dates for your calendar are now confirmed as  Wednesday February 5th from 7-9pm and Friday February 7th from 2-4pm. Both auditions will be held at the SIK Studio, Fintas. (map) Don't miss the chance to be in this year's mega-musical event.
