Sia en Kuwait | Sia in Kuwait

La marca Sia siempre me ha encantado y a pesar de que ya sabía que Midas es la distribuidora para Kuwait nunca os lo había contado.
Si buscáis flores de tela, floreros, manteles de lino, algodón, hilo..... candelabros, velas etc con mucho gusto y a precios asequibles visitar Midas en Shuweikh en el mismo edificio donde está CAP Kuwait.
Os dejo unas fotos
 
The brand Sia has always been one of my favourites decoration brands. Good prices, beautiful products, fantastic designs and many nice things to buy.
You can find this things in MIDAS in Shuweikh in the same mall as the CAP Kuwait exhibition Center.
 

 
Otros productos que me han gustado mucho de Midas son estos muebles hechos con cuerdas y el juego de mesa y sillas junto a la mesa de centro de estilo mejicano.
This other furniture caught my eye this morning, chairs done with strings and material and this mexican style table and chairs.

    ¿Cómo no te va a dejar poner fotos más grandes? Mira las mías!!! Son enormes! Eso es que la foto origen tiene baja resolución pero lo dudo porque las mías no pesan mucho y puedo poner hasta 700 pixeles de ancho...Mándame un privado y te digo.

As we discussed in previous post, the Spanish fashion has a big representation here. Once again, the Inditex group is in all world and markets but "Not only of Zara can the human being dress", right? Companies such as Condor have been installed in this country for a long time and that for moms like me who like the quality and variety of brand socks is helpful (in Baroue find them). Hoss Intropia is also in Kuwait (In The Avenues Mall) rather more expensive than in Spain but the truth is that it's good to go to the store and see the richness of the fabrics and skill in designing clothes. I have a dress that once landed in Bilbao I'll see if I can still find it and buy it.  And we are also fortunate to have Adolfo Dominguez (also in The Avenues Mall) the store is huge and has the entire collection including U the young brand. Something I realy miss is a good brand of Spanish Shoes with good prices. We are lucky to have  Pretty Ballerinas and from time to time Casta...

Carmen González, una española en Kuwait

Domingo 7 de Febrero de 2017 Entrevista a Carmen González Shammas, española y kuwaití por matrimonio. La historia de Carmen es una mas dentro de las mujeres occidentales casadas con kuwaitíes, pero por otro lado su historia es única. Su marido es de la minoría cristiana pero nunca se ha sentido rechazada ni observada por pertenecer a ese porcentaje tan pequeño,   aunque sus hijas si lo han sentido cuando estaban creciendo en este país.  Cuando conoces a personas como ella que llevan tanto tiempo aquí te saltan dudas sobre la forma de vivir de esta sociedad tan distinta a la nuestra. Con ella recorreremos un poco de la historia de Kuwait, sobre todo desde que en 1993 puso un pie aquí ¿Cómo nace tu relación con Kuwait? Conocí a mi marido hace 34 años en Londres mientras los dos estudiábamos. Nos casamos en  Madrid   y nos instalamos a vivir en Londres. Durante 8 años vivimos en U.K. y allí tuvimos a nuestras dos hijas...

Colonia Kuwaiti para hombre | Kuwait 7711

No todos los olores hechos para Kuwait tienen Out entre sus componentes. Aquí os traigo esta colonia para hombres que mis chicos adoran llamada Kuwait 7711. Yo soy alérgica al Out por lo que esta colonia, que me recuerda a mi niñez y a mi abuelo, me encanta. La compró Br1 en la cooperativa no hace mucho y le costó 1.650 kd. También me parece un buen souvenir que llevarte de Kuwait para estas navidades. Cologne made in Kuwait, throughs me back to good memories of my grand Father. It´s quite cheap, 1.650 kd and you can get it from the coop, Shamiya. I also think its a good souvenir from Kuwait or even a gift for birthdays or Christmas.
