MEK Desayuno de Spanish Ladies en Kuwait

Por segundo mes consecutivo nos hemos reunido las Spanish Ladies en una cafetería en Kuwait. Hemos estado en le Pain Quotidien de Palms Hotel en Salwa. Hemos sido 15 y la verdad que con la temperatura que hace, aunque hoy un poco mas alta de lo que estamos acostumbrados últimamente, y en la terraza hemos estado fenomenal. Vuelvo a invitar a toda la comunidad española a acompañarnos. La próxima convocatoria será el primer miércoles, como siempre, de Diciembre (día 4) en el mismo sitio, con un detalle en rojo en tu vestimenta y un regalito para tu amiga secreta de unos 10kd. Y ahora os dejo un recuerdo del momento.

Hoss Intropia is also in Kuwait (In The Avenues Mall) rather more expensive than in Spain but the truth is that it's good to go to the store and see the richness of the fabrics and skill in designing clothes. I have a dress that once landed in Bilbao I'll see if I can still find it and buy it. And we are also fortunate to have Adolfo Dominguez (also in The Avenues Mall) the store is huge and has the entire collection including U the young brand. Something I realy miss is a good brand of Spanish Shoes with good prices. We are lucky to have Pretty Ballerinas and from time to time Casta...

Palestinian Culture Center www.palestinianculture.org Pincha aquí / click here para ver la ubicación del evento Este era de mis planes favoritos cuando vivía en Kuwait, me han enviado la información del evento e inmediatamente he pensado en compartíroslo, ya que compartir es de guapas, como dice La Vecina Rubia. No dejéis de comprar una de sus piezas de cerámica pintadas por mujeres Palestinas en exclusión, refugiadas y con vidas muy muy difíciles. Las aceitunas, los dulces y las galletas saladas eran mis favoritas. This was one of my favourite plans while living in Kuwait. This association helps women in social exclusion living in as refugees in Lebanon, don´t miss the exhibition and please buy one of the fabric pieces or handpainted pottery. And try their olives or biscuits... love them.
