Blade Runner en Cinemagic

Este jueves a las 7.30pm en Cinemagic kuwait Blade Runner, una de mis pelis favoritas. Me lo voy a perder..... una pena por que ver esta peli en una cómoda silla al aire libre no es como para perdérselo, pero.... tengo compromisos que no me puedo perder. Os invito a ir, je je je... es gratis!! Ojo me dicen que es la última sesión al aire libre, del año... supongo que habrán querido decir de la temporada... lo confirmo y os cuento
Old Salmiya, encima de una tienda de TV´s coges el ascensor y último piso.

Tomorrow thursday 31st of may you can watch one of my favourite films in Cinemagic in what it will be the last roof screening of the year (why?) It is in Old souq Salmiyah on top of tv shop taking the elevator to the roof. Dont miss it, I invite you all to go. It is free of charge.

 Mira que os cuesta dar al "me gusta" en fb de Diario de un Sidecar, eh!

As we discussed in previous post, the Spanish fashion has a big representation here. Once again, the Inditex group is in all world and markets but "Not only of Zara can the human being dress", right? Companies such as Condor have been installed in this country for a long time and that for moms like me who like the quality and variety of brand socks is helpful (in Baroue find them). Hoss Intropia is also in Kuwait (In The Avenues Mall) rather more expensive than in Spain but the truth is that it's good to go to the store and see the richness of the fabrics and skill in designing clothes. I have a dress that once landed in Bilbao I'll see if I can still find it and buy it.  And we are also fortunate to have Adolfo Dominguez (also in The Avenues Mall) the store is huge and has the entire collection including U the young brand. Something I realy miss is a good brand of Spanish Shoes with good prices. We are lucky to have  Pretty Ballerinas and from time to time Casta...

Palestinian Culture Center www.palestinianculture.org Pincha aquí / click here para ver la ubicación del evento  Este era de mis planes favoritos cuando vivía en Kuwait, me han enviado la información del evento e inmediatamente he pensado en compartíroslo, ya que compartir es de guapas, como dice La Vecina Rubia.  No dejéis de comprar una de sus piezas de cerámica pintadas por mujeres Palestinas en exclusión, refugiadas y con vidas muy muy difíciles. Las aceitunas, los dulces y las galletas saladas eran mis favoritas.  This was one of my favourite plans while living in Kuwait. This association helps women in social exclusion living in as refugees in Lebanon, don´t miss the exhibition and please buy one of the fabric pieces or handpainted pottery. And try their olives or biscuits... love them.
