Primera pena de muerte acatada después de 5 años en Kuwait

Ayer día uno ejecutaron a través de la horca a tres presos (uno Suadi, otro Pakistani y otro Beduun*) por crímenes de sangre. Hacía 5 años que el Emir no firmaba alguna pena de muerte de las 51 que tenía pendientes. Hay familia Al Sabah esperando en el corredor de la muerte, una mujer kuwaiti que por celos incendió una carpa llena de mujeres y niños donde se celebraba una boda y muchos otros en la misma situación.

Lo interesante del asunto es que han invitado a todo aquel que quisiera ver la ejecución para que lo retransmitiera y fuera un ejemplo para la población de Kuwait y lo mas macabro son las miles de fotos y videos enviados por Whats app a diversos blogers en los que se ve la ejecución al completo con las caras de las victimas echándose su último pitillito.

Lejos de hacer una valoración sobre la decisión tomada por el Emir de ejecutar a estos tres valoro negativamente la exhibición sin pudor de este acto

KUWAIT TIMES: Authorities yesterday hanged three convicted murderers in the first executions in the state since May 2007. The men, a Pakistani, a Saudi and a bedoon (stateless Arab), were hanged at the Central Jail in Sulaibiya in front of judicial and security officials and journalists.

ME:More than judging what they did I think that this exhibition of inhumanity permitting people carry their mobiles or cameras that taped the execution and send through Whats app to bloggers and others is nothing but disgusting. I havent been able to watch them.

No dejéis de comprar una de sus piezas de cerámica pintadas por mujeres Palestinas en exclusión, refugiadas y con vidas muy muy difíciles. Las aceitunas, los dulces y las galletas saladas eran mis favoritas. This was one of my favourite plans while living in Kuwait. This association helps women in social exclusion living in as refugees in Lebanon, don´t miss the exhibition and please buy one of the fabric pieces or handpainted pottery. And try their olives or biscuits... love them.
