Healthy Food in Kuwait

Me encantan los productos de la marca BiCentury porque tienen pinta de sanos y poco calóricos así que cuando toca ir a la compra siempre caen un par de paquetes de las clásicas galletas de arroz, que además de a mi gustan a toda la familia, hasta les pongo a veces a los niños como snack para el cole, pero ¨mirar lo que he descubierto¨

Si comparas las calorías de un paquete de galletas de té sugar free frente a un paquete de tortitas de arroz Bicentury te darás cuenta de que el aporte calórico de las segundas es mayor que de las galletas. ¡¡¡Las inocentes tortitas de arroz engordan mas por cada 100gr!!! Si es que nos lo creemos todo.....

Las tortitas de arroz tienen 391kcal /100gr y las galletas 320kcal/100gr. Peeeeero, las grasas saturadas de las tortitas de arroz son 0,8gr y las de las galletas 6,2gr.

Menudo lío. Nutricionistas ¿Qué es mas importante? ¡¡¡¡¡¡Ayudaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!

Searching for Healthy food in the supermarket I compare two products that sound Healthy, the delicious Tortitas de arroz and the Tea Biscuit with our sugar. The first one has more calories per 100gr but the saturated fat is less for the tortillas, which one is the best? we will never know... any help?

Colonia Kuwaiti para hombre | Kuwait 7711

No todos los olores hechos para Kuwait tienen Out entre sus componentes. Aquí os traigo esta colonia para hombres que mis chicos adoran llamada Kuwait 7711. Yo soy alérgica al Out por lo que esta colonia, que me recuerda a mi niñez y a mi abuelo, me encanta. La compró Br1 en la cooperativa no hace mucho y le costó 1.650 kd. También me parece un buen souvenir que llevarte de Kuwait para estas navidades. Cologne made in Kuwait, throughs me back to good memories of my grand Father. It´s quite cheap, 1.650 kd and you can get it from the coop, Shamiya. I also think its a good souvenir from Kuwait or even a gift for birthdays or Christmas.

Las aceitunas, los dulces y las galletas saladas eran mis favoritas. This was one of my favourite plans while living in Kuwait.
