Raja Yoga Meditation is often called the Royal Yoga. It is known to be the king of all yogas. As one masters this gentle art, one also masters one’s inner kingdom of the five senses.

This association helps women in social exclusion living in as refugees in Lebanon, don´t miss the exhibition and please buy one of the fabric pieces or handpainted pottery. And try their olives or biscuits... love them.
