“Human ‘being’!”
By Aruna Ladva
We often focus on doing extra or better in order to be a good person but tonight’s seminar will focus on what it means to be a better human being by just being. Be-ing is a spiritual quality and we often miss the plot when we get caught up in the drama of our life.
Learning to just be is perhaps the greatest art and one that needs our immediate attention. Also one that gives great happiness.
With role-playing and creative exercises interspersed between her talk, Aruna will guide us into how to be a better human being and not just a human doing.
All are welcome!

Is Everything All White in Your Life?
|
Every colour affects our mood and psyche in some way. Understanding this subtle science can help us to be more selective about what colours we wear and surround ourselves with.
It’s time… to add more white to your life, to brighten up your life and to lighten up your mood and then… everything will automatically become all right!

This was one of my favourite plans while living in Kuwait. This association helps women in social exclusion living in as refugees in Lebanon, don´t miss the exhibition and please buy one of the fabric pieces or handpainted pottery. And try their olives or biscuits... love them.
