I've been thinking for a while over the fact that I do not want Alvaro to live his adolescence in the Middle East. Thinking that it would be better for him to go to boarding school and improve his English and develop as a person far of protectionism that he has in this country . Children here can not go out alone on the street starting with the fact that there are no pavements. All they can do in their 15´s is go to the mall with their parents or drivers, pick them up after hours of walking aimlessly, eating junk food or wasting time looking at stuff they will later ask their parents to buy. That's not what I want for my children so the option of going to a boarding college when he becomes 13 or 14 years is taking shape in my head.
By chance I stumbled upon an ad in FB in announcing an exhibition for Boarding School. I think I´ll go. I have to start shaping my thoughts.
This will be at The Regency Hotel on the 22 of October from 490 to 8pm. Bidaa.
