Creative Meditation “A Silent Mind”

Due to popular request, Aruna will conduct her creative meditation session based on her recent article “A Silent Mind”.

 This session is a mixed of guided meditation, experiments with the mind and thoughts, and creative visualization. Come with an open mind - the mind is like a parachute, it works best when its open!

Learning to manage stress and remain cool under pressure is a life-saving – and a life-changing – skill that we can all develop.

 In Aruna’s empowering talk we will look at some signs and causes of stress.  We’ll then explore a variety of spiritual tools and insights, which can enable us to maintain our peace of mind and deal with the situations that trigger stress in more productive and effective ways.
