Torero Restaurant Kuwait

Hoy he estado con Michael Robert Gil el manager e ideario del Restaurante y Churrería "Torero Spanish restaurant and Churrería" en Arabella, el complejo de restaurantes de la zona de Bidaa, frente a Salwa y pegado al Hotel Palms, que nos tiene a todo el grupo de fb Españoles en Kuwait locos esperando su apertura. Tiene previsto abrir para los primeros diez días de Febrero y en principio solo para cenas de tapas, paellas y demás exquisiteces. Me ha enseñado fotos de como va a terminar el proyecto y tiene muy buena pinta. Espera que nos reunamos alrededor de su cocina toda la colonia española y nosotros estamos deseando que la abra cuanto antes.

El núcleo duro y de confianza viene de España, Raúl el cocinero valenciano y Said de origen marroquí pero toda la vida en Valencia también valenciano.

Suerte Michael y equipo, avisarnos en cuanto abráis para organizar excursión con nuestro traje de flamenca y bufandas del futbol para dar sabor español al restaurante.

Something I realy miss is a good brand of Spanish Shoes with good prices. We are lucky to have Pretty Ballerinas and from time to time Casta...

No dejéis de comprar una de sus piezas de cerámica pintadas por mujeres Palestinas en exclusión, refugiadas y con vidas muy muy difíciles. Las aceitunas, los dulces y las galletas saladas eran mis favoritas. This was one of my favourite plans while living in Kuwait. This association helps women in social exclusion living in as refugees in Lebanon, don´t miss the exhibition and please buy one of the fabric pieces or handpainted pottery. And try their olives or biscuits... love them.
