Something curious to read in one all the atractions, all separeted, please. |
Today I went with my children and a friend and his children to Enterteiment City (EC) which is in
Doha, Doha in Kuwait, make no mistake, north of the city. E.C. is an amusement park that must have something like 20 years (now I know it is from 1984) and since then I believe they have not done even one improvement. It's very big a million square metres spread across, says their web page, divided by what they call three worlds; Arab World, International World and Future world this is not very important because in the park you wont notice any difference in the theme or decoration. The park is surrounded by a train and if you get it you will see all the sights (I recommend it to the end when you are tired and want to stop for a while) and the size of the park.
Admission 3.5kd per person, adult or child. Includes many attractions but other charges. You will find many booths to buy the park-card or charge it when you run out of credit: (with three children, this happens very quickly so it is best to first put 10kD and forget to recharge . That paid trips are along 250fils and 1.5kd
Inside the park you can eat at any of the restaurants there, MD, Pizza Hut, and some more or take a picnic and eat in the garden which incidentally is very well cared.
My recommendation, go on Friday at 10.30am to be there by 11am because muslimns go to the mosque at 12pm, have family meals and at about 5pm they arrive to the park when you're starting to leave.
The park is open from 11am to 11pm and I say to you is a great plan for children.
