The Grove es una palabra inglesa que significa el bosquecito y el restaurante/cafetería que os presento hoy quiere que te sientas como si estuvieras en él. The Grove es una preciosa terraza interior llena de plantas, árboles, casitas de madera para pájaros, jaulas y preciosa decoración en el mobiliario. Lo que mas sorprende es su ubicación, desde las ventanas puedes ver el edificio de la bolsa y hasta la Gran Mezquita de Kuwait City. La carta no es muy variada todavía y para mi opinión algo cara. Por el momento son menus tipo desayuno; sandwiches, huevos benedict etc. Cuando estuve ayer pude darme cuenta de que esta de moda, que es un sitio para ir arregladito, los Laboutin y Chanel desfilaban por el local como si tal cosa y que sería un lugar perfecto para tomarse un Manhattan rodeada de las protagonistas de Sex and The City, ¿Vamos?. Por esas casualidades de la vida he dado con el almacén de flores de Kuwait. Se encuentra en pleno Salmiyah, en la calle que entra desde el que será el Boulevar (dejandolo a tu derecha). Esta en la planta baja del edificio y podéis encontrar de todo, los precios son buenísimos y la calidad también. Hay jarrones, cestos, lazos, papel, piedritas para los jarrones y gente uy amable dispuesta a ayudar. La puerta no pega nada con el resto. Otro edificio que he encontrado fascinante es este en Kuwait City también "The Central Agency for Information Technology" menudos nombres rimbombantes. También me he colado en el pero dentro no había nada que mereciese la pena. Me chiflan esas ventanas con marquesinas de madera que le dan un aire de nostalgia al edificio. Deberían hacer un tour por los edificios tan maravillosos que tienen en esta ciudad donde se mezclan edificios viejos y/o derruidos con maravillas de la arquitectura. Yesterday I was surprised by a fantastic dinner at the new TOP Japanesse restaurant in Kuwait City "Marunouchi" in Mazaya 3 Tower. An elegant restaurant in the lobby of the Mazaya 3 building. (Instagram Account . @marunouchi_kowait) Leather chairs, cristal chandeliers, Parisian look and a more than perfect service. We told the chef "Bring us whatever you want" that´s the smart code to use when you are fed up of eating rice and shushi and you dont know what to choose from the menu! Perfect is what we told to the Chef. What a perfect selection of dishes. You should not miss it. Sure I will repeat next week. And now this tip Shhhhhhh. In a couple of days they will open the restaurant during the mornings and lunch time for breakfast, snacks and sandwiches. That´s a good and new idea. Congrats Adel B. Hoy he visto este edificio tan chulo que me ha recordado mucho al Arab Fund. Se trata del Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Science , no se muy bien que es lo que hacen dentro pero la verdad es que trabajar aquí es seguro mucho mejor que donde tienen las oficinas en Jazeera Airways que son barracones con todas las de la ley. He podido colarme y sacar unas fotos. Tienen un maravilloso Pendulo de Foucolt y unas maquetas de barcos muy chulas. No he podido ver mas pero al menos para ver esto me han dejado entrar. Today I´ve been visit a couple of nive buildings in Kuwait City and this was of them. It is the K uwait Foundation for the Advancement of Science and it reminds me a lot to the Arab Fund in Shuweickh. I was able to see the Foucault Pendule that he used to show to the world that the earth is round. I couldnt see much more.  The outside of the building reminds me of Arab Fund. Me encanta este restaurante de comida libanesa con unas sillas que se balancean y agua que cae del cielo par refrescar el ambiente. En frente de Marks & Spencer antiguo en Salem Al-Mubarak.  I love this restaurant with arabic food such as Shawarma. Chairs balance and a light artificial rain falls over you to suffer less hot. itñs in Salem Al Mubarak infront the old Marks & Spencer.

Hoy he tenido que imprimir unas cosas en gran formato y me han recomendado este sitio, es barato y rápido. Está en Kuwait City en Ahmed Al-Jaber St. Dile que te he recomendado yo el sitio, no sabe mi nombre, solo dile que te lo dijo la española.
